What is Season Pass Processing?
When you purchase your season pass, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to view or print your season passes. Bring that ticket or voucher to Nashville Shores to receive your season pass. Season pass processing is located next to the water park entrance in the Season Pass Processing Building. Season pass processing is scheduled to begin in early May.

If you renew your season pass, your 2024 season pass will automatically be activated on your EZ-Band. You will not need to go to season pass processing unless you are receiving a season parking pass or souvenir bottle.
