Notice to Parents & Guardians
Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort strongly recommends but does not require that Youth ages 17 and under be chaperoned by an adult 21 years or older. We reserve the right to modify our Youth Chaperone Policy at any time without notice.
Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors; children and the behavior of all minors are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s), and parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care.
Minors in violation of the Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort rules may be ejected (without refund) or detained, in Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort discretion, as evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort may attempt to contact a minor’s parent/guardian to have them picked up, this is done out of concern and courtesy, but is not bound to a duty or be held responsible or liable if a minor leaves the park, or for anything occurring after a minor has left park grounds.
Guest Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Any line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are considered offensive to other park guests and could result in ejection from the park without a refund.
Thank you for your help in responsibly supervising, monitoring and controlling minors in your care.
Guests should not use profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures towards other guests and our team members. Guests who do so may be ejected from the park without a refund.
Unruly or disruptive behavior that interferes with a guests’ enjoyment of the park including running, the incitement of running, and blocking midways and exits will not be excepted. Guests that exhibit this behavior may be ejected from the park without a refund.
If while at the park you cannot locate your child, Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort’s staff is here to assist you; however, we do not page guests. We suggest that as you enter the park you decide on a centralized meeting place should you be separated from any minors under your care.

Respect the privacy of others. Guests may photograph or record members of their own party for personal use; intentionally photographing, filming, livestreaming, or recording other guests – particularly children – who have not consented is prohibited, and any request from another guest not to be photographed or recorded must be honored.
Photography or recording that harasses, intimidates, invades another guest’s privacy, or interferes with the guest experience may result in removal from the park and, when applicable, revocation of season pass without refund.
Photographing, filming, or livestreaming staff – including lifeguards, ride operators, and others – in a manner that is intended to harass, embarrass, or interfere with their ability to perform their job, is prohibited. This includes recording intended for social media content created without staff consent.
