PRIVATE GUIDE EXPERIENCE
If you are seeking a more hands-on and exclusive experience, a private guide service is available to help you and your group enjoy the adventure park in a whole new way. One of our professional guides will personally take you and your group through the various courses and ziplines for $75 plus tax. Learn more about the different challenges and the “tricks of the trade” that will soon have you swinging and climbing like an expert.

Nashville Shores season pass holders and campground guests receive a discount off the regular adult admission price at the Ziplines & Ropes Courses. Must present valid season pass or campground hang tag to receive discount.

Important Booking Notes
- Online tickets MUST be purchased 2 hours in advance of climb time.
- Any guest under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Any adult with a minor under the age of 16 must be ready to participate with that climber.
- CLOSED TOED SHOES are the only footwear allowed to be worn on the course.
Reservations
The adventure park highly recommends reservations. Avoid the waiting and purchase your tickets today. We do accept walk-ins but you might not be able to get on our courses at the time you arrive. Please remember to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to fill out waiver forms and get fitted for your equipment. Not arriving on time will affect your group’s scheduled departure. You can also complete the waiver online.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your reservation and need to cancel, you MUST call 48 hours in advance to remove you from our reservation book.
Weather Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds. The adventure park remains open during periods of rain. However, operations will be temporarily suspended during severe weather conditions like thunder, lightning, heavy down pours, and high winds. The Ziplines & Ropes Courses at Nashville Shores will reopen as soon as the threat has passed.
If we close the course and guests have been waiting for more than an hour, guests can receive a rain check for a visit on another day. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
Parking
Please note during the water park season, there is a $15 parking fee at the gate.
