- Additional Dippin Dots for $5.49 + tax per person
NOTE: Party times are 10 am – 2 pm or 3 pm – 7 pm. Food, drinks, and cake are dropped off 1 1/2 hours after party begins (11:30 am or 4:30 pm). Drinks served beginning at the meal drop off time until the end of party time. No substitutions for food or beverages. 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Final payment is due 7 days prior to party. Birthday parties are non-refundable.
Birthday Party FAQs
1. How do I book a birthday party?
Birthday parties must be booked through our office and are subject to availability. To reserve your party, please call our Group Sales office at
615-933-2528. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your party date.
2. Does everyone need a ticket for the party? Are the tickets for kids only?
The tickets can be used for anyone, child or adult. Everyone needs an admission ticket to enter the park even if they do not plan to swim. Children 2 and under are free, and do not need an admission ticket.
3. Can I purchase additional tickets for my party?
Yes, additional birthday tickets can be purchased at the discounted rate of $30.99 + tax per ticket. Tickets can be purchased through the office up to 3 business days prior to your party, or you can purchase additional tickets at the ticket booth on the day of your event for the same price. Please note, there is a maximum of 15 additional tickets that can be purchased per party.
4. Is parking included with the birthday party packages?
Parking is not included with the birthday party packages. Standard parking is $18 per vehicle. Guests arriving by bus or permanently marked vans are not charged for parking. If someone is just dropping off, they can let the toll attendant know and will be waved through without a fee.
5. Where is the birthday party private area?
The birthday party private area is located on a rooftop and can be accessed by stairs. Your party space includes a reserved tent with six picnic tables. It’s centrally located in the park on top of our Beachcomber retail shop and lockers, and it is directly across from Sharky’s, one of our main concession stands.
6. Can I decorate my party area?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate your party area. We simply ask that decorations do not interfere with other parties that may be taking place at the same time. Please note that confetti and piñatas are not permitted.
8. Can I bring my own cake or food?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. However, each guest may bring one unopened bottle of water.
9. What if we arrive late?
If you arrive late, your party time may be shortened. All parties will still end at their originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival. Please note that refunds are not available for late arrivals.
10. What happens if the weather is bad?
Nashville Shores Waterpark remains open during periods of rain. However, if there is a threat of lightning in the area, some or all attractions may temporarily close for safety. Rides and slides will reopen as soon as conditions are safe. For birthday parties, we handle weather-related concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work with you based on the situation.
