What’s a Fourth of July celebration without hot dogs? Join us for Nashville Shores’ annual Hot Dog Eating Contest and watch contestants battle for bragging rights and the championship title. Whether you're competing or cheering from the sidelines, this patriotic tradition is sure to be one of the most entertaining events of the day. Come hungry, bring your enthusiasm, and get ready for some fast-paced Fourth of July fun! Time: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sign-Up: Day of event at the park

Celebrate Independence Day Weekend at Nashville Shores with a special Dive-In Movie at the Wave Pool! Join us on July 4 as part of our Fourth of July Weekend Celebration for a screening of the Marvel Cinematic Universe favorite, Captain America: The First Avenger. Follow Steve Rogers as he transforms from an unlikely military recruit into Captain America after receiving the Super-Soldier Serum. Armed with courage, determination, and newfound abilities, he takes on a dangerous enemy threatening the world. The movie begins at 4:30 p.m. at the Wave Pool and is included FREE with a paid waterpark admission ticket for July 4 or a Season Pass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the movie from the water as the Wave Pool will remain open during the screening; however, the wave action will be turned off. Movie Runtime: 2 hours, 4 minutes

Fireworks at Nashville Shores are like two shows in one with the beautiful colors in the sky reflecting on the lake below. Fireworks are included with a season pass or admission ticket on that day. Fireworks will begin at dusk (approximately 9:00 pm). The water park attractions will close at 8 pm on fireworks nights, but the park and several concession areas will remain open until the fireworks.

Hospitality is the heartbeat of Music City, and Nashville Shores wants to thank all hospitality workers! Join us for Hospitality Appreciation Days on select days this summer. Receive admission for only $29.99 + tax per person. This offer is for hotel, attraction, restaurant/bar employees and their families. Dive into a world of magic every Monday in July from 11 am - 1 pm at Nashville Shores, where guests can meet and pose for photos with a real-life mermaid at Barefootin’ Bay. This family-favorite event is included with waterpark admission and features enchanted mermaid-themed games and prizes for a truly “fin-tastic” summer experience. Mermaid Mondays are included with a season pass or daily admission.
